COME AND HEAR
GOD'S WORD OF MERCY
FOR YOU!
St. Paul Lutheran Church is a Lutheran congregation located in Osceola, Nebraska.
We are a family of God's children, called and gathered to hear Jesus Christ in Word and Sacrament, receiving His gifts of forgiveness, life, and salvation. God makes faith in us by opening our ears to hear His promise: that Jesus Christ was crucified and resurrected for us, for the forgiveness of our sins. Receiving God's grace, richly and freely given to us, we respond with prayer, praise, thanksgiving, and service to our neighbor.
Our congregation has been a member of LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ) since 2006. We are a member congregation of Heartland District, LCMC.
Whether you're new to the Christian faith, returning to church, or looking for a Lutheran congregation, you're welcome at St. Paul.

Upcoming
Following last week's Rally Sunday service and events, we return to our regular service times. The service in the social room begins at 8:30 a.m., and the service in the sanctuary begins at 10:45 a.m. Sunday school for children and adults meets between the two services, beginning at 9:45 a.m.
On September 13, our adult Sunday School began an eight-week series on the Smalcald Articles. We're reading Scripture and the Smalcald Articles to learn why Luther believed these articles were worth standing on unto death. Join us in the Social Room on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m.
Sunshine Singers (1st through 5th grade choir) have their first practice at 9:15 am on Sunday, September 20. They will also sing at the 10:45 am service that Sunday. Sunshine Singers usually sing on the second Sunday of the month.
Confirmation classes meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. These classes are for 7th and 8th graders, as well as older youth who haven't yet completed Confirmation instruction. Please contact Pastor Raleigh with questions about Confirmation classes.
